What does “The Gesture” specialize in?
We specialize in premium gifting — fresh flowers, chocolates, curated gift boxes, and customized items, delivered within Amman.
Can I customize my order?
Yes. We offer customized and personalized arrangements. Please note that once preparation of a personalized item has begun, it can’t be canceled or refunded.
Will my order look exactly like the photo?
The products you see are real and photographed by The Gesture. As flowers and materials are naturally seasonal, slight variations in color or availability may occasionally occur. We will always keep the overall look, style, and quality true to what you see.
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver within Amman.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes — same-day delivery is available within Amman for orders placed before 1 PM.
What happens if the recipient is not available?
The courier will attempt to contact the recipient or the sender. Additional delivery attempts or rescheduling may incur extra charges.
Can I choose a delivery date and time?
You can select your preferred delivery date at checkout. Orders placed before 1 PM can be delivered the same day within Amman; otherwise you can pick a later date and a delivery time window. Exact timing depends on the area and the courier schedule.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa and MasterCard, processed securely over encrypted SSL (TLS 1.2 or higher).
Is my payment information safe?
Absolutely. Payments are processed securely and your card details are never stored on our servers. The whole site runs on HTTPS with TLS 1.2+ encryption.
What currency are prices displayed in?
All prices are displayed in Jordanian Dinar (JOD) unless stated otherwise.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, if you request it at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Same-day or express orders, personalized items, and orders already prepared or dispatched can’t be canceled.
If your delivery is sooner than 24 hours, contact us right away — we can still cancel as long as preparation has not started.
