- Standard delivery.
- Same-day delivery — available within Amman for orders placed before 1 PM.
All deliveries are fulfilled through trusted local courier partners.
4Delivery Timeframes

- Same-day delivery for orders placed before 1 PM.
- Otherwise, next business day delivery.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
5Delivery Information & Responsibility
- Customers must provide accurate recipient details — name, phone number, and full address.
- The Gesture is not responsible for delivery delays or failures caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
6Recipient Availability
If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt to contact the recipient or the sender. Additional delivery attempts or rescheduling may incur extra charges.
7Proof of Delivery
Once an order is marked as delivered by the courier, it is considered successfully completed, and responsibility transfers to the recipient.
8Exceptional Circumstances
Delivery delays caused by force majeure events — such as severe weather or road closures — are beyond our control and do not qualify for refunds.
