Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans may change. Please review our cancellation terms below.
1Order Cancellation by Customer
A cancellation must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
If your delivery is sooner than that — a same-day or next-day order — contact us immediately: we can still cancel as long as preparation has not started.
2Non-Cancellable Orders
The following orders cannot be canceled once processing has started:
- Same-day or express delivery orders.
- Customized or personalized items.
- Orders already prepared, dispatched, or handed to the courier.
3Cancellation Process
To request a cancellation, contact us immediately and include your order number and the reason for cancellation.
