1. Order Cancellation by Customer

• cancellation must be requested at least 12 hours before the scheduled delivery time.

2. Non-Cancellable Orders

The following orders cannot be canceled once processing has started:

• Same-day or express delivery orders
• Customized or personalized items
• Orders already prepared, dispatched, or handed to the courier
