1. Order Cancellation by Customer
- cancellation must be requested at least 12 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
2. Non-Cancellable Orders
The following orders cannot be canceled once processing has started:
- Same-day or express delivery orders
- Customized or personalized items
- Orders already prepared, dispatched, or handed to the courier
