We currently deliver within the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.

2. Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated based on the delivery location:

• Amman: 3 JOD
• Other Provinces: 4–6 JOD (depending on the destination)

The applicable delivery fee will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

3. Delivery Methods

• Standard Delivery
• Same-Day Delivery (available within Amman for eligible orders placed before the daily cut-off time shown on the Website)

All deliveries are fulfilled through trusted local courier partners.

4. Delivery Timeframes

• Amman:
  • Same-day delivery for orders placed before the cut-off time
  • Otherwise, next business day delivery
• Other Provinces:
  • Delivery within 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic conditions, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Delivery Information & Responsibility

• Customers must provide accurate recipient details, including name, phone number, and full address.
• The Gesture is not responsible for delivery delays or failures caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

6. Recipient Availability

If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery:

• The courier will attempt to contact the recipient or sender.
• Additional delivery attempts or rescheduling may incur extra charges.

7. Proof of Delivery

Once an order is marked as delivered by the courier, it is considered successfully completed, and responsibility transfers to the recipient.

8. Exceptional Circumstances

Delivery delays caused by force majeure events (such as severe weather or road closures) are beyond our control and do not qualify for refunds.
