Due to the custom and perishable nature of our products, refunds are handled as follows:
Eligible Refunds
Refunds may be issued if:
- The order arrives damaged
- The wrong item is delivered
- The order is not delivered at all
Non-Refundable Items
- Customized or personalized floral arrangements
- Orders canceled after preparation has begun
Refund Process
- Requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery
- Supporting photos may be required
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days
